Statement of Warranty Concerning C-Series Heaters
PLEASE READ THIS VERY CAREFULLY
The warranty starts upon purchase date, or upon the installation
date, whichever comes first. Other agreements may be reached
if it is noted on the sales receipt by Tankless Hot Water,
herein referred to as THW
THE FOLLOWING 3 ITEMS WILL VOID THE WARRANTY:

IF THE WATER HEATER IS RETURNED WITH ANY OF THE
ABOVE THREE ISSUES, DO NOT EXPECT ANY REFUND WHATSOEVER.
THE WARRANTY IS APPLICABLE TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER

THW WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPROPERLY INSTALLED UNITS
Customer Installed Units
Up to one year after purchase, NOT INSTALL DATE, we will send a replacement
unit. You pay $375 plus shipping and handling, with $375 refunded upon return
of defective unit. Unit must be returned with unopened cover, no teflon tape
or pipe dope having been used.
Remaining warranty in effect for one year from original purchase
date. Client can buy extended two year warranty from original
purchase date for an additional $149.
One year warranty from purchase date expired, up to two
years from original purchase date, client can buy replacement
unit for $350 with $100 refunded upon reciept of defective
unit. Unit must be returned with unopened cover, no teflon
tape or pipe dope having been used.
One year warranty from purchase date expired, up to three
years from original purchase date, client can buy replacement
unit for $350 with $50 refunded upon reciept of defective
unit. Unit must be returned with unopened cover, no teflon
tape or pipe dope having been used.
All 2nd and 3rd year replacement units carry full warranty
as original, one year parts, 10 year leakage.
We can install unit for county specific service call, plus
extra if difficult install, or installed improperly.
Shipping, handling and reinstallation costs are not refundable.
Tankless Hot Water Installed C-Series Heaters
Up to 90 days after installation, we will replace unit at no charge, labor and
materials included.
91 days after installation, we will replace unit with service call applicable
for that county.
One year after installation, up to two years from original install date, client
can buy replacement unit for $250 plus service call applicable for that county.
One year after installation, up to three years from original install date, client
can buy replacement unit for $300 plus service call applicable for that county.
Special Note - Please Read Carefully
If THW provides service and unit is operating properly,
a county specific full service fee is due and payable. Failure to pay the service
fee terminates the warranty until the service fee is paid in full. Upon payment
of service fee, warranty is reactivated and terminates as per original schedule.
Any variation from above schedule, requires approval of management.
