Except for warranty related issues, returned merchandise
is subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping, handling
and reinstallation charges are non-refundable.

WARRANTY IS APPLICABLE TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER ONLY. TANKLESS
HOT WATER WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPROPERLY INSTALLED
UNITS.
Customer Installed Units
Up to 3 years after purchase, NOT INSTALL DATE, we will send
a replacement unit. You pay for the cost of a replacement
unit plus shipping and handling, with cost of the replacement
unit refunded upon return of defective unit. Unit must
be returned with box and packing materials sent with replacement
unit. Remaining warranty in effect for three years from
original purchase date. Client can buy extended two year
warranty from original purchase date for an additional
$199.
Three year warranty from purchase date expired, up to 5
years from original purchase date, client can buy replacement
unit for $200 over cost, plus shipping and handling, with
$100 refunded upon reciept of defective unit. Unit must be
returned with box and packing materials sent with replacement
unit. All purchased replacement units carry full 3 year factory warranty
as original.
Any variation from above schedule, requires approval of management
in writing.
