How much does the Champion Tankless
Hot Water System cost?
The unit itself is $375.00, two for $730.00, three for $1075.00. We offer special
pricing for certified plumbers and contractors.
How do I install the Champion Tankless
Hot Water System?
Many homeowners are able to install the unit themselves. On the East and West
coast of Florida, we can provide installation of the unit or you can have your
electrician/plumber install the unit.
What model or size Champion Tankless
Hot Water System do I need for my home or business?
It really depends on the number of bathrooms in your home. Please see the specifications
page for more specifics.
Can you mail me a brochure?
Please click here to
download the brochure. If you need a hard copy, please read all these questions
first, then call the office and leave your complete name and address.
What size electrical service do I need?
Usually you need either a 40 amp or a 60 amp service. The C85 model, using
a 40 amp service, requires number 8 wiring and the C120 model, using a 60
amp service, requires number 6 wiring. Please refer to the specifications
page for actual requirements.
How long have these heaters been available?
These units have been in Europe for over 30 years. Until recently, people in
the US have not been very concerned with water savings and electrical costs.
Fortunately for Mother Earth, now they are.
Where are these units made?
These units are manufactured right here in South Florida exclusively by Tankless
Hot Water Heaters, Inc.
Is there a rebate available?
Not at the present time. However we are in discussions with Florida Power
and Light, (FP&L), and the Tampa Electric Company,(TECO), to secure rebates
for our water heaters.
Where can I see one and do you have
references?
We have the units on display in our Jupiter showroom. We feel it would be inappropriate
to ask customers to allow you into their home. However, the boss has one in
his home, ask him. Please feel free to call us and we can fax you a list of
references.
Who are you guys and how long have
you been here?
We have been in business here in South Florida since 1984, are members of the
Southeast Florida Better Business Bureau, and are dedicated to superior customer
service.
Do I need a permit to install the Champion
Tankless Hot Water System?
Permits are usually not required if replacing an existing water heater.
How much does installation of the Champion
Tankless Hot Water System cost?
Installation averages $850 +/-, which includes the water heater. Additional
costs can be incurred if more than 20 foot of wiring is needed, if you have
a obsolete circuit breaker, need additional plumbing, need the cold water valve replaced or the old heater hauled off site..
Why does it cost so much installed?
The unit itself is $375. If we install, we remove existing heater, plumb our
heater, wire our heater and provide a 10 year casing warranty and a one year
labor warranty. We agree that you can get a regular water heater installed
for roughly half the price. However, a regular water heater costs you money
every day. Our water heater saves you money every day. A regular water heater
will never pay for itself, ours will.
What about my old water heater?
It’s yours. As a courtesy we will take it to the curb for the trash
man to pick. If you want we can put it anywhere in your home as it makes
a great
doorstop. Feel free to save and give to a neighbor.
What does the warranty cover?
There is a one year parts warranty and a 10 year warranty on the casing.
Does the warranty cover units installed
by the owners?
Yes, if properly installed. However, we will not be responsible for improperly
installed units.
Is there an adjustable temperature
control?
There is a high, medium and low settings, with minor incremental adjustments
between each setting.
Will the Champion Tankless Hot Water
System work where I live?
Depending on the climate you live in, the Tankless Water Heater works well
in Southern climates where the ground water temperature going into the unit
averages 70 degrees. In areas where the ground water averages below 70 degrees,
two water heaters may be needed. One to heat the water to 70 degrees, the other
to take it to the desired temperature.

Hot Water System?

our other customers, we ship UPS ground nationwide to your home or office.
